1. What is communication?

Ans. The process of exchanging information between the sender and the receiver is called communication.

2. What is feedback?

Ans. Feedback is the return message or response from the receiver to the sender.

3. What is two-way communication?

Ans. When a communication channel pushes the flow of information in two directions, back and forward, it is called two-way communication

4. What is voice mail?

Ans. Voice mail is similar to e-mail with slight difference. Here oral message is send to the receives for this it requires computer, voice recorder, telephone connection for transmitting & storing that oral message.

5. Define mass Communication.

Ans. Communication process which transmit message to huge people at a time, it is called mass communication.

6. What is market report?

Ans. The report which reveal the demand of a product, consumers attitude and the trend of other key factors of the market is known as market report.

Ans. The letter which contains commercial information and is written among business people is called business letter or commercial letter.

Ans. When a buyer sends a letter to a producer or seller of a product or service to know about any product or service in details such letter is termed as inquiry letter.
